Now a little about myself. I'm 43 years old and have lived all my life in Toronto, Ontario until about 3 years ago when I decided to move to Amherstburg, Ontario. After the hective lifestyle of Toronto I find the country extremely relaxing and I find that I dont miss Toronto at all.
I enjoy cooking and after leaving George Brown College, I worked at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto as a chef. This was a real challenge as it was both a learning experience and it let me sharpen my culinary skills. I like nothing better than to plan and create something special in my kitchen.
Other interests are my "69 mustang" pictured above, all types of sports especially football...hence the name "Niners" after my favorite football team the San Francisco Forty Niners.

Another fascination of mine is the Eagle. This bird is so magestic and
graceful. They are truly a wonderful work of nature.
